- INTRODUCTION
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the QL Mobile Carwash will provide carwash services to the client. Both parties understand their respective responsibilities and rights as specified here. By booking online or via phone with QL Mobile Carwash, you agree to these terms, your booking confirms your acceptance of these T/Cs.
- SCOPE OF SERVICES
The QL Mobile Carwash agrees to provide the following car wash services:
A. Regular Carwash Package
B. Extras Carwash Package
C. Valet Carwash Package
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The Client can make payments through
- Debit Order
- Card Payment
- EFT
- NO CASH
Prior to carwash
NB: QL Mobile Carwash is to offer the service once the amount reflects on their account
PRICE DETERMINATION
Price determination depends on the following
a. Car Make and Model
b. Distance travelled
c. Dog Hair d. Extra Dirty
NB: Fleets (5+vehicles) are heavily discounted.
FREQUENCY OF PAYMENT
Payments shall be made on a monthly basis for a period of 6 months. After hour’s washes, ONCE OFF And Gift Vouchers are allowed but with an additional fee (all terms and conditions do apply).
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
The QL Mobile Carwash shall from time to time provide promotional offers and discounts which shall be communicated to clients.

The car wash services will be available from:
- Monday 07:30am to 16:30pm
- Tuesday 07:30am to 16:30pm
- Wednesday 07:30am to 16:30pm
- Thursday 07:30am to 16:30pm
- Friday 07:30am to 16:30pm
- Saturday 07:30am to 16:30pm
- Sunday 07:30am to 16:30pm
- Public holidays 07:30am to 16:30pm
NB: Once Offs bookings on public holidays are subjected to additional fee
We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking. Our car wash times are an estimate only whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings for the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes but we will endeavour to communicate the changes prior to arrival. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or equipment failure
SERVICE LOCATION
The car wash services will be performed at the client`s home or work place. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their vehicle is available at the specified location during the service time. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise; please communicate your concerns to QL Mobile Carwash staff.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE
The QL Mobile Carwash is committed to ensuring the highest standards of service:
Quality Standards: The QL Mobile Carwash will employ trained professionals and use premium products to ensure the vehicle’s cleanliness and safety.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, the QL Mobile Carwash agrees to re-service the vehicle at no additional cost, provided the complaint is valid and reported within 24 hours of the initial service. An assessment must be done.
Feedback Mechanism: The Client is encouraged to provide feedback after each service, helping the QL Mobile Carwash improve and meet expectations consistently.
Content: The QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to take videos and photos, by not disclosing the vehicles registration number or the client’s location/address.
- EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
The QL Mobile Carwash will use the following equipment and cleaning agents for the car wash services
Equipment: High-pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, polishing machines etc.
Cleaning Agents: Eco-friendly detergents, wax, polish, leather conditioners, window cleaners.
Client Preferences: If the Client has specific preferences or restrictions concerning the equipment or cleaning agents, they should inform the QL Mobile Carwash in advance. There may be an additional cost if a product must be sourced.
Safety Measures: The QL Mobile Carwash ensures that all products used are safe for the vehicle and the environment.
- LIABILITIES
QL Mobile Carwash will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur due to:
High pressure jets or high-pressure guns, or, any reason whatsoever. We wash your car at your own risk, except in cases of proven negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.We drive your vehicle at your own risk. QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to refuse or deny clients demands above and beyond service offered. QL Mobile Carwash will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviour be encountered. You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the cleaning process. Any illegal substances or items that are discovered in your car will immediately result in your clean being terminated and your car will be secured and the relevant authorities notified. It is not our responsibility to notify you of this should it occur. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel any booking/car wash service. Failure to provide 24 hours’ advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost. Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged. Service guarantee if there is probable and clear cause that the service staff did not fulfil the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a seamless and efficient car wash service, the Client agrees to
Preparation: Remove any personal items, valuables, or trash from the vehicle prior to the service.
Availability: Ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed location and time for the service.
Notifications: Inform the QL Mobile Carwash in advance about any specific concerns or areas that need extra attention.
Payment: Abide by the agreed payment terms and schedules as detailed in this Contract.
Safety: Guarantee the safety of the QL Mobile Carwash and its employees during the exercise of the service.
Feedback: Promptly communicate any dissatisfaction or suggestions after the service to allow the QL Mobile Carwash to address concerns.
- DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
Start Date: This Contract will be effective for a period of six (6) months as per client.
Renewal: Will be communicated.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Termination: Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing 30 days written notice. The QL Mobile Carwash may also terminate this Contract immediately if the Client fails to make payment or breaches any other terms. A fee of 30% of the remaining period will be charged.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Request: If the Client wishes to add or modify services not outlined in this Contract, they should contact the QL Mobile Carwash directly to discuss requirements and potential additional costs.
Confirmation: Any changes or additions to the services will be confirmed in writing, either as an amendment to this Contract or as a separate agreement.
Pricing: Additional services will be priced separately, and the Client will be informed of the costs before commencing the service.
- CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE
The QL Mobile Carwash acknowledges that while performing car wash services, especially interior cleaning, they may come across personal and sensitive information belonging to the Client.
Confidentiality: The QL Mobile Carwash agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use for their benefit any confidential information found within the Client’s vehicle including valuables.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Communication: Both parties agree to first address any disagreements or issues arising from this Contract through open communication and negotiation in a bid to reach an amicable solution.
Mediation: If direct communication does not resolve the dispute, both parties commit to participating in a mutually agreed-upon mediation process before taking any formal legal action.
Legal Action: Should mediation fail to provide a resolution, either party may then seek remedies through the appropriate legal channels.
QL Mobile Carwash will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur due to:
- Fire, theft, hail, rain, high pressure jets or high pressure guns
- Chemicals used for cleaning vehicles
- Keys or vehicles left in management care
- Negligent action by staff or customers
- Or, any reason whatsoever
- Prices may change at management discretion
- We do not recommend that staff drive customer vehicles
- Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of QL Mobile Carwash services
- Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns to QL Mobile Carwash staf
- We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or equipment failure
- QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond.
- QL Mobile Carwash will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
- QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location.
- QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate.
- You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the cleaning process.
- Any complaints about our work cannot be considered unless reported prior to departure from the customer location.
- Our determination of the size category of your vehicle with regard to the price list shall be final and binding
- Any illegal substances or items that are discovered in your car will immediately result in your clean being terminated and your car will be secured and the relevant authorities notified. It is not our responsibility to notify you of this should it occur.
- At any point in time, we may make, amend, modify, or change these User Terms. You are responsible for reviewing and checking these User Terms periodically. Any continued use of the Platform or the Services after a modified version of these User Terms is posted, is considered an acceptance to such amended or modified User Terms and you agree to be bound by such amended or modified User Terms.
- We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel any booking/car wash service. Failure to provide 24 hours’ advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost. Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 45% of the service cost.
- Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.
- Service guarantee if there is probable and clear cause that the service staff did not fulfil the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
