When you book online or via phone with QL Mobile Carwash, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound by the terms and conditions herein. These terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of QL Mobile Carwash Website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. By using the website and services, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions hereof without any modifications, additions or deletions. You agree to abide by and be bound by the terms described herein and by all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference as well as any additional terms and restrictions presented in relation to specific content or a service offered by QL Mobile Carwash. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this agreement, you are not authorized to use our website.
QL Mobile Carwash will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur due to:
- Fire, theft, hail, rain, high pressure jets or high pressure guns
- Chemicals used for cleaning vehicles
- Keys or vehicles left in management care
- Negligent action by staff or customers
- Or, any reason whatsoever
- Prices may change at management discretion
- We do not recommend that staff drive customer vehicles
- Payment is made Credit/Debit card only prior to carwash
- Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of QL Mobile Carwash services
- Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns to QL Mobile Carwash staff
- We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking. Our car wash times are an estimate only Whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings for the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes but we will endeavor to communicate the changes prior to arrival.
- We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or equipment failure
- QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond.
- QL Mobile Carwash will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
- QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location.
- QL Mobile Carwash reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate.
- You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the cleaning process.
- Any complaints about our work cannot be considered unless reported prior to departure from the customer location.
- Our determination of the size category of your vehicle with regard to the price list shall be final and binding
- Any illegal substances or items that are discovered in your car will immediately result in your clean being terminated and your car will be secured and the relevant authorities notified. It is not our responsibility to notify you of this should it occur.
- At any point in time, we may make, amend, modify, or change these User Terms. You are responsible for reviewing and checking these User Terms periodically. Any continued use of the Platform or the Services after a modified version of these User Terms is posted, is considered an acceptance to such amended or modified User Terms and you agree to be bound by such amended or modified User Terms.
- We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel any booking/car wash service. Failure to provide 24 hours’ advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost. Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 45% of the service cost.
- Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.
- Service guarantee if there is probable and clear cause that the service staff did not fulfil the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
