TERMS AND CONDITIONS
QL MOBILE CARWASH
- AGREEMENT
By booking our services, you agree to these terms. Your booking confirms your acceptance.
- OUR SERVICES
We provide Regular Carwash, Interior Valet, Detailing, Full House, PPF (Paint Protection Film), Vehicle Wrap, and Nano-Ceramic Window Tinting. Services are available at your location through our mobile unit or at our premises where you may bring your vehicle.
- PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Debit Order, Card Payment, and EFT. Full payment is required immediately after service completion unless we have agreed to different terms in advance. Send proof of payment via WhatsApp to 061 798 8159 or email customercare@qlmobilecarwash.co.za.
- PRICING
Your price depends on vehicle size and type, vehicle condition including dog hair or heavy soiling, travel distance for mobile services, and labour time required. We set the final price based on what we see when we arrive and our determination is binding. If the job is bigger than described, we may increase the price during service. Fleet customers with 5 or more vehicles receive substantial discounts.
- OPERATING HOURS
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Mondays through Sundays and all public holidays.
- BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Book by WhatsApp, phone, email, or website. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount. We reserve the right to reschedule your booking due to weather, staff availability, or equipment problems with prior notice.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and money from your vehicle before service. Tell us about any existing damage, defects, or weaknesses in your vehicle before we start. For mobile services, provide safe and legal access to water and electricity at your location and keep children and pets away from the work area. For services at our premises, deliver your vehicle at the agreed time and collect it promptly when notified. Any abuse of our staff verbal or physical results in immediate termination of service and possible further action.
- SERVICE GUARANTEE
Report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service and before our team leaves your location or before you collect your vehicle from our premises. Valid complaints will be resolved by re-service at no extra cost. Complaints raised after our departure or after vehicle collection cannot be considered.
- PHOTOGRAPHY AND PRIVACY
We photograph or film vehicles for quality control and marketing purposes. Your registration number and location will not be visible in any published material. We protect your personal information and do not share it with third parties.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You use our services entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from fire, theft, weather conditions, high-pressure equipment, cleaning chemicals, vehicle movement, items left in your vehicle, undisclosed pre-existing damage, negligence by any party, or any other cause whatsoever. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Vehicles left at our premises are at your risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents while on our premises.
- PROHIBITED ITEMS
Discovery of illegal substances or items in your vehicle causes immediate termination of service, securing of your vehicle, and notification of authorities without our obligation to inform you.
- CONTRACT TERMS
Monthly service contracts run for 6 months and renew by mutual agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Early termination by you incurs a fee of 30 percent of the remaining contract value. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these terms at any time without direct notification. You are responsible for reviewing the current terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action. Legal proceedings will be conducted in East London, South Africa under South African law.
